The Space

Originally an industrial building built in the 1940's, this complex was converted into modern work/live lofts and offers an open floor plan with a 15 ft bow truss high ceiling that soars overhead. This natural light filled studio is bright, airy, and fully equipped with a skylight, track lighting, and large 7 x 7 ft operable steel casement windows, and a commercial steel roll-up door for easy loading and unloading. Just 2 minutes from the 210 fwy, the location makes transportation logistics easy. There is one dedicated parking space directly in front of the studio, plenty of non-metered street parking, and ground level access for convenience. My partner and I work on-site in our loft office space located upstairs above the spiral staircase. The loft is NOT included in your rental and access to it is not permitted. Interior decor and furniture is subject to change. While our photos are an accurate depiction of the space, we sometimes update and move pieces to maintain a fresh design. Please schedule a scout or request digitals of the space if you anticipate needing a particular area or backdrop to shoot on. Please note that your rental time should account for interior styling (based on your shoot needs), moving furniture, and setup/ breakdown for your shoots. Overtime is strictly enforced.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

We professionally clean and sanitize our floors along with all furniture and appliances with each booking. We have hand sanitizer and lysol sprays/ wipes available for additional cleaning should things get a little messy/ dirty. We're committed to keeping everything disinfected to reduce the risk of COVID-19. Should you need our staff to wear masks during your booking, please let us know and we will happily honor your request for safety measures.

We charge an additional cleaning fee of $100 with each booking. Any overtime will incur a fee of 1.5x of the hourly rate. Our weekend pricing adds an additional $25 per hour. For photo and video production bookings: 1-4 attendees - no additional cost 5-8 attendees - $80 fee per day 9-12 attendees - $200 fee per day
