The Space

Welcome to our bight and open Mid-century Modern home located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, outside of Philadelphia. The entrance leads into a 2500 sqft split-level home with majestic 17' ceilings and multiple large panel windows providing great natural light. Enjoy the open concept living area with a brand new state of the art kitchen (with KitchenAid appliances) and a tall white bricked wood-burning fireplace. There are two separate living areas that offer amble space for breakout meetings with TV, a dining room that sits four, chalkboard wall and a 7' kitchen island for lunch prep. The hallway staircase leads to a second floor landing that is perfect for area shots of the entire down stairs living space. On this floor, guests can expect to see three bedrooms that can serve as dedicated hair and make-up spaces with two full-length mirrors. A modern high-end bathroom with two sinks and a shower/bathtub is also available. On the lower-level, you will find a bight spacious master bedroom suite with beautiful park views and a luxurious spa bathroom. The floor is covered by beautiful refinished original pine floors and modern deco to enhances the aesthetic. To date, we have hosted several productions including Talk Shows, Product Shoots, Brand Commercials and Music Videos. Our goal is to continue to providing a great backdrop for amazing projects while offering the greatest service to out guests. We would love to be a part of your next project and hope you pick our home!

PLEASE NOTE: Posted price per hour is for a crew of 15 people max including crew & talent. Larger productions are welcome & subject to higher rates. All booking start & end times are inclusive of setup & tear down time, so please include that when booking your reservation. If you’re interested in multi-day, note that an additional fee may be charged for overnight displacement. All bookings requested the day before the booking start date without prior discussion and coordination are subject to denial or cancellation. FILMING, PHOTO & PRODUCTION-- Please include the following: *Total number of crew & talent *Desired date(s) & if flexible *Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down *Equipment & lighting specs SCOUTING-- We're happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability and will not accommodated during other guests' reservations/productions OVERTIME-- If you go over your booking time, you will be charged time & 1/2. We're happy to offer a 20-min grace period for load-out, but do not allow early arrivals. PARKING-- We can accommodate 2 vehicles on the property. Additional parking is available across the street at the park on a first come basis, this parking can accommodate 5-10 additional vehicles depending on time of day. NO SMOKING-- Please do not smoke inside the property. If you do smoke outside, please make sure to throw all cigarette butts in the trashcan. NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM. DAMAGE -- Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES -- The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation.
