Nightclub, Cocktail Bar, and Restaurant

Please note we are open to the public and operate as a restaurant, bar, and disco Tuesday-Sunday from 6PM onward. We do consider inquiries, but have to often make it work around these hours. Basement: Intimate nightclub space including bar, lounge, 2 private bathrooms, and central air-conditioning. Full high-fidelity sound-system (Klipshorn), DJ Mixer, Turntables, CDJ's, disco ball, pin spots, custom built lighting installation, and more. Amber lighting (dimmable to off) lines the wood-paneled walls. Garden Level: Latin-inspired cocktail bar and plant-based restaurant. High-Ceilings in an open and vibrant room including a custom designed bar (mirrored, arched, with plants). Mid Century chairs sit with blue velvet banquets and custom built octagonal wood tables with stainless steel bases. 2 Separate bathrooms, 3 states of egress, and private coat check room. DJ set-up including turntables, sound system, and DJ mixer. Full electric kitchen.
