The Space

This is a industrial studio offering natural light all day. The square footage of the main room is 1000 sf and a additional 400 sf mezzanine. The brick walls and wooden floors give a warm atmosphere. The studio is fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom and has large concrete counters. A styling room is available. A secured parking is in front of the building and freight elevator helps to move equipment. The building is in a very quiet neighborhood. Centrally located
