Director-run space. I wanted to create a community that puts creativity at the forefront. I built out this space to accommodate multiple applications of use. Its a great shooting location for film and stills with nice light, shared workspace, and a rad rooftop space for parties, shows & screenings. We are particular about the events we have- as curation is important to us. But let's talk! We offer full-service event production. We have two floors: NY style Rooftop; Modern NY loft office

Health & Safety Policy

We require all parties to be vaccinated and masked when entering the space. After every shoot, we have a crew come in to clean and disinfect the entire space.
