The Space

A private 50 acre retreat nestled inside the Santa Monica Mountains, a short commute from Los Angeles and minutes away from Malibu’s Finest Beaches. The retreat is surrounded by national reserve, providing a uniquely secluded location. The compound consists of banquet halls, conference rooms, bungalows/cabins, modular homes, garage, barn, gazebo, out buildings, pool, 2 upgraded working wells and hundreds of mature Oak Trees. A year round creek extends the full length of the property with an Arizonia Crossing that leads to an extensive connecting trail system, helicopter pad, elevated viewing pads, tennis court, natural corral, an amphitheater and multiple outdoor event spaces. The property is uniquely zoned R & R which allows for multiple operations.
