When I am not hosting events, I enjoy traveling, listening to music, and spending time with my adorable 1-year-old Bernedoodle who may make an appearance during your event. The Space

Experience the perfect blend of work and relaxation at our recently remodeled home in sunny Oakland. Our versatile space is ideal for hosting company meetings, workshops, work retreats or even working remotely. You and your team will have access to our tranquil outdoor space, featuring comfortable seating, a hammock, fire-pit, and even outdoor Wi-Fi. Inside, the below amenities will keep you connected and productive: *65-inch flat-screen TV, *high-speed Wi-Fi (1gig internet) *Apple TV *Sonos *Larger moveable whiteboard and markers Board games, karaoke mics, and Xbox 360 will keep you and your team entertained and engaged. Our kitchen is fully equipped with: * Nespresso machine * Breville Espresso machine * NutriBullet * Dishes, cups/mugs, silverware * Fridge access Our indoor space is about 650 sqft (living room, conference area, kitchen, small office, half bathroom ), and the outdoor space is about 950 sqft, which is perfect for hosting events or taking a break to enjoy the sunny Oakland weather. Additionally, the space is also perfect for bringing your production to life. It's suitable for photoshoots, video shoots, interviews, and any other creative projects. A small room can be made available to use as a green room, dressing room or any other need. The bedroom may also be made available for certain shoots, please contact us for your request. Weekends may also be available upon request, so please reach out. We're happy to accommodate any additional requests you may have, so don't hesitate to ask. The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.
