Gourmet Kitchen with a swim up Tiki bar sets this property apart from all the others. 8 Seat Theater Room for Rain or Shine Entertainment. 6 Bedroom 5 Bath (total) Estate with Studio Pool Cabana (Pool Cabana is 1 studio Kitchenette Full Bath) The pool is also saltwater setup so it will not leave you with that chlorine scent or burn your eyes. Outdoor shower stall as well. 3 miles to ocean front. View of the intracoastal waterway from 2nd floor. Over 2000 sq ft of outdoor deck Space. Parking on Driveway only - Space for 11 Vehicles maximum but added parking can be added if requested in advance.

Kids Bounce House for kids under 12 - $100 per day. Pool Umbrella Rental - $20.00 per day Animal\Pet Fee - $150.00 per animal or inquire about qty of pets.
