The Space

Old-fashioned single-screen movie theater/cinema built in 1946 and maintained in its original design. Great for film & tv shoots, music videos, commercials, and still photo shoots. Venue can be used for any time period from the 1940s through today. Site rep is very accommodating to production needs.

Site Rep Fee is $600 per day and will be charged based on the number of days Site Rep is required to give access to the venue, including location tech scouting. Use of projector is $800 per hour. Change of marquee presentation is $30 per letter. No tie-in to in-house electricity. Generators must be brought in unless negotiated in advance. Cleaning fee if site is required to clean up after event is $800.
