Old Town Pasadena Photo Studio w/ Cyc Wall

Our space is a historic building in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. While we have the whole building, the studio space has been built out specifically for photo + film productions. We have been the host to product and fashion shoots, podcasts, music videos, portrait photographers, screen tests, commercials, TV, e-commerce, fitness videos, and even used for small events. --- Studio Details: ***(PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING)*** PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear downtime, so please include that in your reservation. If you’re interested in multi-day shooting, please note there is an additional fee for displacement. - The posted price per hour is for a crew of 10 people max including crew & talent. Larger productions are welcome, we just need to discuss details regarding size and pricing. We need to know : *Total number of crew & talent *Desired date(s) *Exact hours you will need (ie. 7 am-7 pm) including load-in/load-out, setup, and tear-down Please specify this information in the booking GETTING HERE: Our main entrance is on Arroyo Street. Press the call button on the North Front Door to reach the front desk. Your team lead should meet with a team member to help coordinate timing and confirm all accesses necessary. LOAD IN / LOAD OUT: Access through the Rear Patio Doors for hand-carried items. Large and heavy items can come through the front doors. Plan with our team accordingly if you have specific questions. PARKING: We have an attached parking lot at the address below: - 106 E Colorado Blvd Pasadena, CA 91105 ([https://goo.gl/maps/ZLnRbiWUMQzHjHfK9](https://goo.gl/maps/ZLnRbiWUMQzHjHfK9)) Rates are $4.00 per hour or a $14.00 daily max. Unfortunately, there is no free parking in the area. There is metered street parking off of Colorado and (2) two parking lots within 1000ft of our location with similar or matching rates. Our lot has 50 spaces and usually half of which are taken up by our tenants. You can unload next to the building near the disabled parking spots for ease of use. SCOUTING: We are happy to accommodate an initial location scout. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions. OVERTIME: If you go over your booking time, you will be charged time and a half. We're happy to offer a 20-min grace period for load-out, but do not allow early arrivals. FURNITURE: Some images are from previous productions that have brought in their own props & furniture. Furniture on studio floors is inclusive. You are free to move anything around but it must be put back where it was upon leaving. SOUND QUALITY: Our space is not completely soundproof. For those recording sound, we highly advise scheduling a scout prior to booking to determine if the space will work for you. CLIMATE: Though the building is over 100 years old, we have climate control and maintain temperatures between 69-74 degrees. DAMAGE: Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. CYC WALL: If you need to have a clean cyc wall then please let us know in advance. We do charge an additional cleaning and maintenance fee to paint the cyc if used. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. NO SMOKING: This building is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE, including both private and communal areas and the unit itself.
