One of a kind industrial modern art studio with tons on natural light. Two exposed brick walls, exposed 13 ft ceilings, two raw white walls, HUGE windows with view, commercial fridge, hand made reclaimed wood barber/vanity station, 8ft dining table, heat/AC, painted wood floors, 1,000 square feet.
