The Space

Nestled in Palm Springs lies a home rendered in such a shocking hue that it’s hard to miss. This bubblegum-hued home boasts three separate units connected by a luxurious outdoor gathering space. This venue is the perfect setting for your intimate events, small weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties and so much more! The space is also a wonderful backdrop for photoshoots and filming. There are 3 separate units all decorated with beautiful wallpapers and procured with furnishings that are both eclectic and midcentury, all discovered at local flea markets, vintage shops and even Craigs List! Description of each unit is as follows: THE LEDA (UNIT 1) BEDROOM 1: 1 KING BED, CLOSET & DRAWERS BEDROOM 2: 1 KING SIZED BED, CLOSET & DRAWERS FULL KITCHEN (INCLUDES: REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER WITH ICE MAKER, GAS RANGE, MICROWAVE, DISHWASHER, SINK WITH GARBAGE DISPOSAL, COFFEE MAKER ETC.) BREAKFAST NOOK SEATS 4 BATHROOM (SHOWER, NO BATHTUB) LARGE LIVING/FAMILY ROOM WITH OVERSIZED SECTIONAL THAT CAN SEAT UP TO 10 FIREPLACE SMART TV IN LIVING/FAMILY ROOM WHICH GIVES YOU ACCESS TO STREAMERS SUCH AS NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, HULU ETC.
