The Space

Hello Everyone... thanks for checking out our page. Our rate is $150 per hour, which includes one coordinator. We will offer discounts for day long or more requests. No we will not cut our price in half. 2 floors + outdoor space for your next photo shoot. Built in 1910, rehabbed a few years ago w/modern features: steel staircase, exposed brick, fireplaces, granite + tile kitch and bath—the house is a 2min walk from L+G/10min from J. We think you'll find our atelier offers multiple settings, with exposed brick on the ground floor and crisp white space on the second floor. The warm and intimate environment of the 1st Flr’s low natural light and brick, while the upstairs is bright and airy with white gallery walls+lighting, and a rear balcony. The space is best suited for meetings, readings and photo/film shoots. Small pop ups and dinner/cocktail parties.
