Located blocks from the Barclay's Center, Prospect Park, and the Brooklyn Museum in iconic Crown Heights this one-of-a-kind loft features 6500 square feet of creative space, a 3000 square foot sprung wooden ballet floor, 14 foot ceilings, sixteen north-facing factory original windows, 3-phase power, loading dock and freight elevator access, a commercial kitchen with optional catering, four lofted artist rooms, a photography studio with green screen and darkroom, and a a state of the art Audio over IP recording studio. Through partnerships with respected vendors, we offer fully-furnished and equipped production services. We are open for film, print, TV, music, fashion, lecture, workshop, and other exciting events and experiences.
