The Space

This is an open, furnished creative loft located at the intersection of SoHo and TriBeCa. Our loft is perfect for smaller meetings, photo/video shoots, and dinners. You'll get fantastic views of the historic landmark architecture in our neighborhood. There is an elevator for moving equipment and people. Additional charges would be for photo/video equipment, events with alcohol, production services, furniture, and more than 10 people.
