2700 square foot open space in 4000 sf loft with 18 large windows, downtown views and nice, mainly northwest, natural light. Concrete floors and beamed ceiling. Located on the sixth floor of a landmark 1928 Art Deco building in downtown Los Angeles's historic core near the Ace Hotel, Aesop, Acne, Tanner Goods and the Orpheum Theater.
Standard rate is $1600 a day/$300 an hour, with an 3-hr minimum. For some weekend events (large weddings, large late-night parties, etc.) we require a minimum 3-day rental. Lower rates available for multi-day rentals. Unless special arrangements are made, the maximum occupancy is 50 persons. Quoted rates for [production, film or photography assume crews of 25 or fewer.
Damage deposit required (higher deposit for some events). A cleaning fee may apply. Typical days are ten hours, M-F, 8-6 or 9-7, etc. Equipment can be stored for 24 hours.
Space is available 24 hours. After hours occupancy requires the presence of a site representative at $35 per hour. For larger events and film shoots, additional charges may apply. Space is provided clean and clear of furnishing or furnished similar to what is shown in the photographs.
We rent a portion of the space (1425 sf) at $850 a day/$175 an hour, 4-hr minimum. Please inquire about other rental options.
Full refund up to 5 days prior to event, except service fees.
