I hosted a television series in my 20's, toured as a comedic entertainer and a special event producer for more than 30 years. That history and all of those experiences delivered me to a little urban farm on the edge of north Seattle. After producing and hosting hundreds of special events I found a niche that I love and created an venue to support it -- small intimate outdoor gatherings and a space where offsite work teams can brainstorm, socialize, and commune with nature.

The Space

Our outdoor Garden Venue and Urban Farm is a seasonal daytime hours event venue, exclusively hosting small private events for groups of up to 30 Persons. Our Urban Farm and Gardens feature more than a half acre of PNW Flavors, photo-fabulous backdrops, practical-use spaces, and a massive lawn. Book a Garden Party Get-together in our beautiful and relaxing park-like venue. A perfect environment for Gatherings of Family and Friends for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Gender Reveal, Elopement Weddings, or a Celebration of Life Memorial Service. This beautiful environment has also proven to be a unique Off-Site Space for Work Team Meetings and Social Events. Need to brainstorm with your team while communing with nature? Let's talk. The Photos don't do this venue justice because this little Urban Farm is spacious and laid out in a way that various spaces may be incorporated into an event by utilizing a series of staged settings for pre-function, mix & mingle, food service, and interactive activities. Photographers love the Urban Farm theme too! And the Gardens are landscaped like an outdoor photography studio with backgrounds and visual spaces changing every 150'. P-patch to hiking trail, and industrial to forest, stunning settings abound. Site Visits by Appointment Only.

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. Shared spaces e.g., The Restroom is cleaned and sanitized prior to any production and cleaned every 2-hours during a rental period.

When booling an event rental through Splacer all fees include 10.3% sales tax. All rental clients are responsible to sign a Rental Agreement with FranMo Urban Farm. AS well as provide a WA State Banquet Permit and a Day of Insurance. There is a $500 Security/Damage deposit required for all events.

The Farm is an Outdoor Park-like Setting. We provide all amenities required to host a small gathering; tables, chairs, etc. We do not sell food or beverages. However, we have an open catering policy so you may BYO/DIY or hire a professional caterer.

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
