As many people are moving to the mountains 1.5 hours east of Los Angeles, it dawned on me to extend this cabin in the daytime to meet the demand for rustic film & production locations away from the crowded city life. We are working entrepreneurs.

The Space

FILM PRODUCTIONS: In between the view balcony and wood burning fireplaces, this cabin is perfect for your movie scenes, product commercials, magazine spreads, backdrop to your exercise class or music video, independent film scene(s) and anything else you & your team can imagine! SMALL EVENTS: This location rental offers a panoramic mountain view from multiple rooms as well as a rear balcony and patio area ideal for weddings, graduation receptions, BBQ's, parties, etc.; the balcony and attractive backyard ambience are also ideal for an afternoon tea, a yoga video or to say those wedding vows in a romantic setting with the rear yard of 20+ fruit trees: peach, apricot, cherry, apple, nectarine and panoramic south-facing views at this 5,000'+ elevation rustic site. OFFSITE MEETINGS: With the quiet ambience and wood burning fireplaces on both floors, this cabin is great to discuss performance reviews, visionary ideas and company expansion plans. If you are not a company, how about a small for a Toastmasters meeting or a bible study? This 2,000 sq. ft. cabin sits on a 5,750 sq. ft. lot (on the top of its hill) in the Cedarpines Park area of the unincorporated San Bernardino County area on the top of the hill. Features include: 1. Open air balcony with panoramic views (south facing); 2. Two indoor wood burning brick fireplaces; 3. Functional kitchen accessible for guest and staff use; 4. Concrete flooring for your camera & lighting equipment; 5. Two sliding glass doors & new french doors to showcase the south facing views; 6. Open floor plan and walk out basement with separate entry; 7. New commercial grade ceiling fans for ample ventilation; 8. New awning & casement windows for natural vs. fluorescent light; 9. Front office ideal for staff meetings with landline phone, complimentary wifi, printer access and scanner use; 10. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. This cabin was built in 1963 to store Model T cars in the cinder block, concrete floored basement now converted to living space. There is great natural light with the new french doors (with sidelights) as well as sliding glass doors on the south side of the property. The new built in bookshelves would lend to a creative learning backdrop for a video series with a course creator, influencer or educator. -- Solid 2, 040 SF cabin with panoramic mountain views ideal for: -Weddings; -Events; -Rustic movie scenes in nature; -Commercials that involve magic given the basement with bookshelves & brick fireplace; or -Films based in a setting of an enchanted forest. Imagine yourself, your next project or team meeting in this 1960's cabin built by a guy who stored his Model T cars in the 1,000 square foot walk out basement. In this setting of peace and quiet as well as fresh mountain air, upgrades include: a new roof, new exterior paint, new copper plumbing, new dual pane awning & casement windows, new basement french doors with sidelights to rear fruit tree garden, updated bathroom with new flooring and vanity, new stain glass interior doors, new stainless kitchen appliances, new washer/dryer, new whole house water filtration system, new front deck, new attic insulation, new ceiling fans, new kitchen cabinetry/farmhouse sink, and the softscape of 24 fruit trees. 1,020 SF basement opens to the rear yard with two sliding glass doors on one side and a set of new french doors on the other.
