The apartment is a 2 bd/1bth located on the Upper West Side and stays true to its original 1890's layout. Furnished with traditional, modern and Parisian inspired designs. It's about 1400 sq ft, has a bedroom, library room, a large living room, a proper foyer, long hallway, butler's pantry, small kitchen and bathroom. It has been featured on NBC Open House, the New York Times, the New York Post, CNBC and more. Please let me know which room(s) you intend to use. You may NOT move any furniture or decor unless you discuss it with me first. An additional fee will be added on for moving large pieces.
