My name is Natalie Lozon and I'm a local Realtor in the Santa Clarita Valley. I board my horse nearby and love trail riding through the wash and up Tesoro de Valle. My boyfriend, Nick and I love traveling, wine tasting, boating on the lake, and dinners at the beach. We have 2 kids who are involved with cheer, gymnastics and volleyball. We love our home with the spacious pool, spa, and open grassy area. We would love for you to enjoy your private events here too!

The Space

Our space has a pool, jacuzzi, outdoor bar area, gas grill, covered patio, spacious grassy area, optional volleyball net, loveseat swing, fire-pit, indoor kitchen, downstairs powder room, and a beautiful view. You will love hosting your event in this park-like setting, featuring lush landscape, enchanting string lighting, and plenty of space for guests and vendors. We've hosted several events here ourselves, including summer fun themes, birthday parties, pool parties, holiday parties, sporting events, and more!

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant. We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, one roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet tissue, and a bathroom trash can. All trash must be taken and disposed of, otherwise there is a $400 fee. Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly. Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Our vendors are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines. We are looking forward to hosting you, feel free to ask any questions you might have, thank you, and keep safe!

All events are backyard use only-indoor access to kitchen and bathroom only. Do not adjust thermostat. Please keep doors closed to keep bugs out. No eating inside the house. Guests must provide their own dish-ware, utensils, cups, and napkins. 50 or more guests requires you to provide your own bathrooms. Pool/spa is 70 degrees - $200 charge to heat the pool/spa. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels; no other paper/plastic products provided. No loud music past 10PM; there is a local noise ordinance and police could be contacted. No confetti. No smoking. Parking is limited on the street; carpooling and/or valet suggested. Please include set up and tear down time in your booking time. All trash must be taken with you and disposed of, otherwise there is a $400 fee. We are not liable for any injury or death resulting in pool use. No gate in existence around the pool. Use amenities at your own risk.
