The venue is located just north of Fort Worth and situated on a 10 acre alpaca ranch. We are a red barn on the outside but industrial glamourous on the inside. You will love the many photo opportunities at the ranch including pastures, oak trees, pond, and a Texas Flag rustic wood barn. Guests will love viewing the alpacas as they drive in and are more than welcome to walk over and see them as well.

The Space

A Charming Fort Worth Wedding and event venue with the perfect mix of chic glam with rustic/industrial vibes tucked in among the trees on a 10 acre alpaca ranch. If alcohol is to be served at the event, the client will obtain event insurance through our insurance vendor that also includes liquor liability. In addition, security must be hired through our locked list. 1-2 TABC bartenders must be hired from our locked list.

These are for non-wedding events. Wedding Pricing, please message us. This price includes 5ft round tables to seat up to 100 and 100 white resin garden chairs. Linens can be added on booked through us via a 3rd party. Up lights to match your party color theme can also be added on.

We have a great list of amazing vendors and are more than happy to pass on their names to you for your event planning.We offer the option to add on: up-lighting and linens.For non-wedding events that are serving alcohol: 1 security officer is required and booked through the venue. 1-2 TABC bartenders are required for events serving alcohol. The client books them, and they must come from our locked bartending list.We include in the venue rental cleaning and trash removal.
