Once an operational farm and private residence to the large Howland family, the home has been adapted to provide a comfortable and inviting space for guests. Multiple rooms, 3 porches, and expansive lawns assure opportunities for groups to gather, quiet walks with a friend or private moments alone.

The Space

The house offers a modern well-equipped kitchen for food preparation, multiple sitting and dining areas, and three large porches. Two spacious suites, the Garden Suite downstairs and the Butterfly Suite upstairs, provide for privacy. Common spaces include a living room, dining room, large country kitchen . Woods, open fields and a meandering stream are home to a wide variety of birds. Located on a quiet country road, the farm is a popular starting point for cyclists.
