It’s located on a gorgeous 1 1/2 acre lot with mature landscaping and wooded trees offering privacy without being isolated. Only 35 minutes from downtown Raleigh and within 15 minutes of any convenience stores and restaurants located in a historically charming downtown of Fuquay. Striking a balance between rustic, modern and chic, this 2 story modern house is at your disposal. Furnished completely with all comforts needed for any event. Free parking on the premises, far from the main road. We do have a very friendly GSP named Latte (check him out in some of the pics) who stays in the house but is restricted to the main floor only.
