The Space

The building was occupied by famous art dealers during the turn of the century. It is a seven story structure separated into single floor lofts. Our space is on the penthouse level with an open floor layout. From the wooden entrance door to the brown leather couches, a modern and sophisticated vibe is apparent. There are two skylights for abundant lighting, counter top tables and a private backroom with sliding door. The space is perfect for private dinner parties, intimate events, networking, meetup groups, fashion events, photo shoots, promos and more! Our Loft occupies an entire floor in the heart of Gramercy. It also includes hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, surround sound system, unique art installations with accent pieces and a list of other amenities at no additional cost. We are currently allowing up to 50 guests. An event manager is included in the rate and will be present for all events free of charge to ensure the best experience. The venue also includes Wi-Fi, a smart flat-screen TV, communal/poker table, newly renovated bathroom, counter top tables and chairs, 5 carbon filters, fridge and a list of other amenities at no additional cost. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event
