The Space

The space is nested between the east bay an San Francisco, making it an ideal destination. With this building, you get 4 spaces giving your event lots of options. There is the main room, over 1700 sq ft that comes furnished with tables and chairs perfect for a training or classroom environment. The two conference rooms are an ideal space for collaboration. The lounge area is made for relaxation and will complement any event. There is ample parking on-site and plenty off-site to accommodate large events. We can offer your event whatever it needs, from a tranquil retreat, a space for collaboration, training, promotion, to any celebration. Our venue is a canvas for your vision. With this space there is a $200 cleaning fee. There is a non negotiable $20 per hour parking attendant fee. This is for the entire parking lot, not per vehicle. We have AV options, which can vary in price depending on what is needed for an event.
