Security Deposit required; collected separately with signed agreement; amount varies per attendance and activity, ranging from $100-$300 for events/workshops, depending on the nature of your event and the number of people involved. We will finalize the amount with you after getting all of the details of your event. Additional Fees: If you plan to serve Alcohol, there will be an increase in the Security Deposit amount. No smoking allowed. Fee of $200 if you or your guest are found smoking. Use of Kitchen: $50 Overtime in space: charged at the booking rate per hour. Any time exceeding the booking time is charge at the hourly rate into each hour thereafter. Please leave the space as you found it.
