The Space

This space is perfect for an indoor photoshoot. It's very well naturally lit as well as very good studio lighting kits, continuous lighting (free) and LED lights available for rent at cost. There are blinds to control the natural light. We have all colors of muslin back drops (white, green and black), we have white seamless photography paper (0 wrinkles and creases, unlike muslin) as an addon. Very convenient changing rooms, clothing racks and mirrors, cellphone pouches. Chair available for makeup and hair, director's chair available. Prop chairs and side chair. Sofa, tv and great music for guests to wait and to up the vibe of your shoot. There's water and non-alcoholic drinks for everyone. Free Wi-fi. A maximum of 4 people will be allowed in the space at any given time. We're pretty firm on this due to the pandemic so please don't bring any extras or it's $10 per extra. The space is climate controlled. The building is very clean and the space is quite conveniently located, less than 20ft from the elevator. There are tons of restaurants around and a small food court in this building. For parking I will be upfront with you, we don't have parking, I advise you park in the public garage down by 7th street (200ft walk). Makeup artist and hair stylist available upon request (must give 3 days notice with your booking). We have a house photographer available, also with 3 days notice. We have all the aforementioned available last minute for a $200 separate express fee excluding the regular rate. For rent we have a high quality Sony camera should you not have yours for some reason. We also have more LED lights to add on. Gimbal available too. If you don't have an SSD card for your camera or to use ours, we have that available too. Steamer available. This space is great for personal photo shoots, photo shoots for small fashion brands and mini video shoots. We provide ghost mannequin, product photography and editing services for brands. In addition: there is a rooftop with spectacular views of the DTLA skyline, this can be viewed and booked separately (2 weeks notice required). We're open 7 days, 9am to midnight. This is my first listing so I'm giving the 3rd hour free on every booking and if you enjoyed your shoot, one more free hour for next time.

We have signs in the space and in the building. We clean morning, night and after every shoot. We provide guests with masks and hand sanitizer and require them to keep their masks on.
