The Space

We are a full service commercial photo studio located on the Fishtown/ Kensington border in Philadelphia. Our 570 sq. ft studio is on the 5th floor of a converted factory building and provides plenty of charm and character. The space has two large south facing windows that offer great natural light as well as a wonderful view of the skyline. The large freight elevator right outside our door makes transporting gear very easy. You'll have access to our wifi and speaker system and we rent photo equipment (camera's, lights, modifiers and more). We are the ideal spot for: - Photo shoots - Documentary or interview video shoot - Film Production - Music video shoots - Workshops or classes - Small Meetings or conferences - Yoga, posing, or meditation workshops - Makeup trials or other one-on-one meetings There is an on site parking lot and plenty of street parking. We are a quick walk to both the York-Dauphin and Huntington subway stops on Septa Market-Frankford line.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

We are following all the necessary guidelines to ensure a clean and safe space for all renters. Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning Prior to each booking we: Sweep vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

OVERTIME: Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at $45.00/hr. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. If any time during your rental you realize you need, please call, text or message via peerspace to confirm availability. CLEANING / DAMAGES: Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. We will dispose of trash collected in the supplied trash cans. Guests must discard larger items, such as personal props and set pieces. Disposal of large amounts of garbage due to large sets may accrue additional costs. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Cleaning that requires repainting of the white walls is charged at $50/per hour for labor + cost of materials. - Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building. That includes Vaping. - Pets are allowed on a limited basis and must be discussed prior to booking. - The desk area if off limits to renters. If music is required please inquire before your booking begins and an aux cord will be provided. Any/ all equipment is off limit to renters unless discussed prior. This includes light stands, modifiers, lights and backdrops.
