The space boasts a 1,200 sq ft production studio. The space includes the following: - 15ft x 14ft cyclorama wall - Natural Light - Seamless backdrops (up to 3 colors) attached to the mounted back drop kit. - Production Room: Large Table and 55' 4K TV with HDMI cable. - Vanity Room/ Changing Room. - All bookings are scheduled at least 30 min. apart to allow for proper cleaning to take place and to review equipment and state of studio before the next rental group comes in.

The Space

My space is minimal, aesthetically pleasing with all the professional equipment necessary for a successful production. A lot of natural light and nicely located in the heart of DTLA/ Arts District Adjacent.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
