HI, I'm Steve a commercial photographer that rents out my cove shooting space. I started photography in 1975 and have had the studio since 1979 and looking forward to being part of the Splacer group.

The Space

The 5 wall cove studio is a 1410 sq. ft. shooting space. We are located in Costa Mesa, Ca. next to the Orange County Airport, 55 at 405 freeway, the 5 wall eggshell cyclorama measures 30' wide, 28' deep with a 12' ceiling, from the Cyc back wall to the truck door the distance is 44 feet, there no windows or skylights, there is a 10'x10' truck and a 36" access door, 9-20 amp outlets. A/C and heater yes, - Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo - Free Parking for 8 cars and free street parking - Make-up station, Under the counter fridge, coffee maker, sink, make-up station, 1 clothing rack, 1 full length mirror, 1 shooting cart for computer, 10 chairs, saw horses with table tops and one bathroom. For rental we have Canon cameras, lighting choices are strobe, hot lights led, fluorescent, and grip. Studio works well for: Photo Shoots, Commercial Shoots, Music Video's Interviews, Talking Heads, Dance Shoots, Cars & Trucks. SOUND, The space is NOT 100% soundproof, meaning that some sound from outside makes it through, We are located next to the Orange County Airport, there will be some airplane noise. *********Note that the studio floor is walked on white, if your event needs the floor to be painted to pure white the fee is $135.00 and you return it walked on.

After each use the studio is We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC Cleaning We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used We are disinfecting our space using the following disinfectant certified service: Clorox Clean-UP with Bleach Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues We are looking forward to hosting you, feel free to ask any questions you might have, thank you, and keep safe!
