We are are production facility located in Norwalk, CT, just 45 minutes out of NYC. Our facility is utilized by clients in the Film/Video Production and Photography industry. With a large white cyc that can be painted to suit a variety of needs, an industrial style office set, and many other amenities, our clients come for commercials, feature film scenes, still photography, VR/360 scenes, media tours, and much more.

The Space

Our production facility & multi-purpose creative workspace, former home of a 150 year old bank. This stunning building has been re-purposed in all of its glory to accomodate commercial production and signature events, with a full range of hospitality and technical amenities. Features: • 4,000 sqft open space, concrete floors. - 30'x20' CYC wall, 18' tall. Color changed upon request. - Natural-light corner, configurable for backdrop/table-top shooting upon request. • Dressing/changing area with bathroom, shower room, and clothing racks. • Kitchen/prep area with full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Direct outdoor access. • Rear entry ramp for loading at street-level. • 800sqft 2nd-level lounge overlooking main floor. Direct outdoor access and separate bathroom, non-intrusive to main floor. • Two additional bathrooms on basement level. • Short/long-term production storage available. • Basic grip kit available (stands, sandbags, tables, etc), full rental catalog available upon request. • Ample coffee/food options within walking distance.

• COVID Cleaning Fee $75. • CYC painting fee $100. • Full day rentals (10hrs) get a 10% discount. • Short/long-term production storage available on the basement level for 50$ a night. • High value items can be stored in our bank vault on the ground floor for $100 per night. • Sandbags are included in the space. • In house Photo, Video and Production equipment available for rent.
