Photography Studio Loft

Studio A: Our main studio–and most affordable option–is approximately 950 square feet with 13 foot ceilings. It’s dimensions are 38′ x 25.5′. It has air conditioning and heating, a full bathroom with shower, clothing rack, ironing board, irons and steamer, a full sized refrigerator, water cooler with on demand hot water for tea and coffee, microwave and toaster oven. It has a client lounge area, three couches, wi-fi, music player for any device, and 3 large south facing windows for natural light shooting, which can easily be blacked out as well. Studio B: This auxiliary studio is attached to Studio A with a door that can be opened between the two spaces for internal access- there are also separate entrances. This space has a classic loft look with large 2 south and 4 west facing windows for incredible natural light with stellar views of Manhattan. It also has its own 4×6 balcony. It is approximately 30′ x 30′ (or 900 square feet) with 12′ ceilings. There is a full kitchen and an impressive 12′ granite kitchen island for food photography and/or catering.
