Along with the studio space, there is also a prop room for rent to make things just a little bit easier on your production team. Multiple parking lots make for ample parking for your cast and crew.

The Space

This studio boasts a fully functioning, custom kitchen to use during your food shoots, as a backdrop for lifestyle imagery or hosting cooking classes or seminars. With 1600 square feet to use as your imagination can inspire, this rental studio is ideally suited for small and medium sized shoots. Along with the studio space, there is also a prop room for rent to make things just a little bit easier on your production team. Multiple parking lots make for ample parking for your cast and crew and the rear loading doors that lead out to the back parking lot makes it easy for loading in and out. The Kitchen features lovely natural light from the sky light above, (1) double door commercial refrigerator, (1) single door commercial freezer, KitchenAid stand mixer, microwave, LG electric stove, air-fryer, 2 stainless steel work tables, and includes various pots, pans and cooking utensils to use. With abundant counter space there is plenty of room to work. Along with wifi, Amazon Echo and a 65” flat screen tv in the client area, our studio space also has a charming break room to layout breakfast goodies or a catered lunch, as well as offers a private spot to make some calls or have a quite space to work while production is going on in the main studio area. There is a breakfast bar with seating, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. We also provide environmentally friendly mugs, plates and silverware for ease of meal times. We are pleased to invite you into this beautiful studio space!

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.

Our full day rates work on a 10 hour day. Overtime is billed after 10 hours at the rates of 0-2 hours @ 1.5x rate, 2+ @ 2x rate. There is also a $175 cleaning/sanitation fee added to each rental. The photography prop room is for rent for an additional flat fee of $350 per day, with photography surfaces for rent at $200 per surface used. We also have a grip rental package for $150 which includes: C-Stands, Apple Boxes, Shot Bags, Extension Cords, A-clamps and V-Flats. There are 2 Foba camera stands on site for rent as well at $250 for each of those. This studio also offers lighting equipment for rent. We are a rental photography studio, with a full working kitchen, prop room, and break room. In addition to the photography space, the prop room is for rent, along with all the photography surfaces we have. We also have lighting and grip equipment for rent as an additional service if needed.
