The Space

This Studio is a fully equipped photo studio/creative work space for photographers, videographers, designers, artist, writers and entrepreneurs. This studio is a beautiful 2,500 square foot space with 19 foot ceilings. The studio has had different props inside to create perfect visuals used in music videos and photo shoots, so anything you can envision can come true for your special event or project. The Studio Rental Includes: Basic grip gear such as C-Stands, Boom arms, A-clamps, posing cubes and stools. Does include Basic Lighting gear/modifiers. See Add-Ons to rent additional gear. We have a extensive gear list that includes camera, lighting and backgrounds The Studio space is also great for any intimate event especially corporate events. We also host podcast shows as well. There can be music but it cannot be loud (No DJs/Parties). Our Fully Functional Electronic Gate allows for Small to Mid-sized vehicles to enter our space for creative purposes. Also after booking you will get 2 video instructions - How to get in building and find studio space - How to use equipment Travelling to the studio is super easy!. There is FREE street parking! ⁃ 5 Minute walk from Bloomfield Avenue Transit Stop ⁃ 6 Minute from Davenport Avenue Transit Stop ⁃ 13 Minute drive from Newark Liberty International Airport Perks: White walls, Hair and Makeup Station with Vanity, 1 Clothing Rack, Steamer, Different Variations of Color Backdrops available Studio is under video surveillance for security, insurance and dispute purposes. (it can/will be used for dispute resolution ONLY). I do check in periodically to make sure everything is up-to-date and guests are abiding by the rules The studio is self service coded entry, you will receive an access the day of your booking. Reporting Safety Concerns If you notice any safety hazards or have concerns during your visit, please report them immediately to the studio staff or your photographer. Cleanup and Departure After your session, please clean up any personal items and return studio props and equipment to their original positions. Ensure you leave the studio in the same condition you found it. COVID-19 Safety In the event of a pandemic or health crisis, please adhere to any additional safety guidelines or protocols that may be in place, including mask-wearing and social distancing. Emergency Procedures Familiarize yourself with the studio's emergency procedures, including evacuation routes and the location of fire extinguishers and first aid supplies. Children and Minors If you are bringing children or minors to the studio, please supervise them at all times to ensure their safety and prevent any accidents. Arrival and Check-In Please arrive on time for your scheduled booking. Late arrivals may impact the duration of your session. Upon arrival, check in with our studio staff to confirm your booking and receive any necessary instructions.
