I put lots of love and good energy into my heavenly loft space and love opening my doors to those interested in using my home as a backdrop, canvas, or set or for events.

The Space

Welcome to Swinger’s Plant Paradise! ;) Airy, peaceful plant-filled loft with a swing on ground floor in Bushwick with clean, clear energy, good light, and a full DJ setup. It's the perfect space as a canvas for your photo/film shoot, small events, meet-ups, co-working, movie screenings, workshops, yoga, and meditation events. Featuring 19ft ceilings, white walls, gorgeous bold colored furnishings and antiques, natural light, loads of lighting in any color you can think of thanks to wifi bulbs, lots of plants, a lofted bedroom with two additional areas that include a bird nest chair and the other features an Indian modular floor couch, a full drum kit (tuned!), and a guitar. Large kitchen with breakfast bar and bar seating as well as a tropical inspired bathroom. Ground floor access in a building with a fantastic rooftop with stellar city views. Outside, the neighborhood mixes industrial, residential, and park spaces for a great blend of greenery (Maria Hernandez Park) & graffiti (Bushwick Collective) for use as a location outside the loft walls. Amenities: - Ground floor / street level entrance - Parking lot - Wi-Fi - AC + heating - Full bathroom - Work desk - Swing (yes, you can really swing quite high!) - Full drum kit - Guitar - Blankets and tons of floor pillows/meditation cushions - HD projector + screen - Full DJ setup: Denon Prime 4 + Shure headphones + Rockit KRK Speakers - White walls for backdrop or for hanging art/photography - Fully Programmable Wifi Bulbs + LED strip lighting under lofted area - Gorgeous plants! - Living room seating for 6 plus tons of soft seating on area rugs - Large Dining Table (seating for 6) - 4 Full-Length Mirrors - Walk-in closet with full-length mirror inside closet - Tons of awesome restaurants, shops, bars, and clubs nearby Please note that I require a 30 minute mandatory walk-through the day of your event (prior to your start time) or in the days prior to your event to show you the space, go over rules and guidelines, and how to program the lights. Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The safety and well being of our guests is my top priority. I am committed to the overall wellbeing of my guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of the space. I have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning Enhanced cleaning procedures have been implemented in my space to protect guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC I thoroughly clean my space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant I use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. I provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. I ventilate the space before cleaning and before use. Hygiene While the space is in use, I ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, I ask guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify me if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days.
