My apartment is a versatile space perfect for productions, photoshoots, set backdrop, small gatherings, holding space and more. Its playful design can hopefully spark your imagination. Located in a lively neighborhood with trendy shops, bars and restaurants as well walking distance to waterfront, Domino Park, Williamsburg Bridge, and the stunning NYC skyline; makes for great local outdoor shoots. A few features: - moveable furniture to accommodate your use: lounge bed, full size bed, love seat, 2 bar stools adjustable heigh, rolling desk chair - TV with all streaming platforms - High Speed WIFI - Stage - Clothing/shoe rack - 3 guitars and 1 amp - Keyboard - Ring light - Green/Blue screen - Amazon Alexah and Portable JBL Speaker - Games: taboo, uno, we’re not really strangers, family feud, etc.. - Fully equipped kitchen: air fryer, blender, toaster, electric water boiler, oven, stove, microwave, dinnerware and pots/pans.
