The entrance to the studio has double-wide doors so you won't have an issue bringing large, bulky equipment into the space. The space is 1777 sqft and features everything that you'll need for your creative endeavors! The surrounding area is remarkably safe and the building is gated and patrolled by security 24/7. All-Day parking is available for $9 per vehicle and is payable with Cash, Zelle or Venmo. There are several truck loading bays available if you need to offload equipment. The building also features a 15ft freight elevator which is operated by an attendant. Our mission is to ensure that you are able to make the most of your time at the mansion!
