Completely soundproofed and offers a quiet surrounding to fully be in your creative zone when discussing topics or for a daily podcast show. All you need to bring is an SD Card and your choice of Phone or camera to record videos. Do not crowd the entrance or hall way area, as that is a fire hazard. Front door must remain closed at all times. If you are partying, please pick up and take trash to the outside parking area side of the building.
