The Space

The "KMPND" is a 3,000sqft Music studio/ Creative space located in North Hollywood. The layout is comprised of: 1. ''THE CYC'': 14ft x 14ft $65/hr Pre Lit Lounge area w/ hanging mirrors Connecting restroom w/ Vanity 2. "EVENT ROOM" 50FT X 30FT -Mural Room -QSC Speaker set up - Dance floor -Event uplighting - Perfect for production set builds 3. " THE STUDIOS" The KMPND has 3 fully equipped recording studios that run daily. Studios are open to rent for anytime of photo/video productions. *Separate booking rate* The KMPND is great for set design, photo shoots, parties, pop-up shops, performance's, dance/fitness classes. The space is equipped with a Dj Booth, speaker set-up, and projector. This has allowed for seated and non-seated events or separate point of sale sections. The "EVENT ROOM" as well as "THE CYC" both have roll up garage door entrances. Which allows for easy access for trucks, equipment drop offs and food vendors.
