Pristine Fitness Facility - Indoor Courts

Privately owned with 17,000 SF of open space, our facility is a pristine sports performance center that has hosted major commercials with known talent for sports-specific advertising and photo shoots. Our two full-size hardwood basketball courts are our crown jewel, but our Rogue Weightliftig Rig is a key component of the space as well. We have two MLB batting cages and 35 yards of turf to run and play on. We have hosted Corporate Wellness events (host can provide Fitness Trainers at additional hourly rate), Cornhole Tournaments, Pickleball, fundraisers, and auctions. Facility provides a second floor mezannine with viewing area to the space below and a Board Room (AV options). Three additional offices on the second floor and an office on the first floor. Large, open lobby with front lounge, full kitchen, and mens/womens restrooms. Parking is free and available on site or in the adjacent one-acre lot. Facility has truck load-in capability via exterior ramp and garage door entry directly into the space. Separate loading bay for box truck delivery and pick up. Outside catering, bartending, and equipment rental allowed.
