The Space

Modern and minimal yoga studio with an abundance of natural light. Clean, bright, open space, modern and minimal sensibility. Dimmable recessed lighting throughout, 2 remote controlled white ceiling fans, a split system heating and cooling unit. 2 HEPA air purifiers, Two wifi-enabled stereo Sonos speakers. Coat closet. Hand-crafted wooden plywood furniture is inspired by 1960s artist Donald Judd includes built-in front bench, front desk, high back daybed/sofa and large wall-mounted open shelving. Yoga props include, 12 bolsters, 30 Jade cork blocks, 30 yoga blankets, 18 Jade yoga straps, and 12 eye pillows, 5 loaner yoga mats, organic mat cleaner(2 spray bottles) and mat cloths. White walls, 4 large opening casement windows along side of the space as well. One opening casement window in the bathroom. The space is particularly well suited for private sessions, corporate or group sessions, photo shoots.

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can, etc. Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. COI(Certificate of Insurance) must be provided before date of rental. In many cases, flooring will need to be covered prior to use. This will be done at owners expense and will not be charged to renter. The space is an operational yoga studio and therefore the floor is a very important part of the space and so must be handled with care. If shoes are left in the front reception area, no floor covering is required. Food and drink are another consideration and potential renters should be explicit about their needs upfront so that any necessary adjustment can be made and accounted for. All garbage must be removed from the space after use and the space should be left 'broom clean'.
