We are a family of creative people who have had this home in the Sedona area for over 20 years. Our family includes an interior designer who has designed the main house, the back house is more of an artists studio space where we like to paint and can be used for dancing, bands, yoga or dancing. The property as a whole is rustic and we constantly keep up with the landscaping to continue to beautify and upgrade the place. It’s a chill vibe and we love it. Very relaxed beautiful environment.

The Space

This unique space just minutes from Sedona is surrounded by mature pine trees, has lots of on-site parking and seating and is the perfect location for filming your next movie, doing a photo shoot or hosting a family get together. It is kept natural and laid back and has plenty of opportunity to sit outside and stargaze or have an outdoor BBQ with family and friends. the kitchen is impressive and fully stocked with what you'll need for a party of eight. We have an additional studio space out back with a garage door that opens to the yard that can be rented separately for events to host dancing, yoga retreats, as an artists retreat or to accommodate a band for your event. The main house sleeps 6 comfortably and is possible to add airbeds for additional guests. There is also a room attached to the main house with a private entrance that sleeps 2 more people. There is a guest house that is currently awaiting renovation and cannot be used for lodging but may be used as a set for filming if needed, as well as a greenhouse in front, also under renovation. Our property is eclectic and is a working property and we come often, and the lower house will not be available for lodging, only as a venue by request. This property has lots of potential as a filming location, an economical wedding and event venue or just a relaxing family vacation and is peaceful and serene.

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues. We ventilate the space before cleaning. Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days.
