The Space

The Brandbox Co+Lab Suite is an intentional, in demand and on demand space created by Tag It Brand It, for creatives to power their brands, ideas, and visions. In our suite, we carved out a 685 sq ft of office space for guests to network, create, and build their teams. Located in the heart of Downtown Norfolk, the BrandBox Co+Lab Suite is the perfect place to work at your own pace, or with a team. When booking our suite, our guests will have access to a private suite with great amenities. Located right outside our suite is a 2nd floor lounge which gives our guests more room. Our guests also have the opportunity to reserve our conference/podcast room, hire creative partners from our creative collective, social network (in real time) , and host events. This space will change the future by writing history in design by empowering our local community to create new entrepreneurial efforts by providing safe spaces, quality equipment, and education to build again. Come in for a day, stay for the week, launch an event, host a conference, meet a client, record your podcast, truly the creative ideas are welcomed to transform a 685 sq ft building into what your brand needs. As a guest, you will have access to our suite, the E X P A N S I V E Lounge + Kitchenette, as well as phone booths and other cool features. STILL NEED PROOF THIS IS FOR YOU? We offer our very own service boxes to help you power your ideas and dreams through branding and digital marketing solutions. Our service boxes include Web Development, Digital Marketing Solutions, Content Creation and more. You can also rent audio visual equipment such as microphones (wireless lavaliers, XLR Studio Microphones, and USB Microphones | Up to 8 People), Camera Equipment powered by Sony, Studio Monitors, Audio Interfaces, Ring Lights, and LED Lighting.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, paper toilet seat cover dispenser, etc. Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly | Sanitizing stations are available in our space. Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services Our vendors providing food and beverages, and other even services, are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines. Branding and Marketing Services are available to help promote any event. Cleaning fees are $0 during normal working hours. Anytime after 5pm during the weekday and on Sat. and Sun requires an additional cleaning fee of $75.
