IF YOUR EVENT IS PRIVATE (MEANING FRIENDS AND FAMILY) WITHOUT A COVER OR ENTRANCE FEE, EITHER AT THE DOOR OR PRE SOLD AND DOES NOT INCLUDE A DRINK PACKAGE, THAN BYOB IS ACCEPTABLE -2. IF YOUR EVENT IS A COVERED (TICKETED) WITH AN ENTRANCE FEE, EITHER AT THE DOOR OR PRE SOLD AND DOES INCLUDE A DRINK PACKAGE, THAN BYOB IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND NO ALCOHOL CAN BE PRESENT AT THE LOCATION. -3.
