In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, all renters and their guests must provide proof of COVID vaccination or negative COVID test within 48 hours of their rental term. Please email a photo of either your vaccination card or negative COVID test to: info@rennickeassociates.com In addition, we ask that all persons in the adhere to social distancing guidelines when in shared spaces (common areas, kitchen, elevator, etc.), including: - Wearing masks in all common areas - Washing your hands frequently and properly  - Using your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing - Disposing of tissues immediately  - Refraining from touching your nose or mouth  If You Are Sick For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong.  CLEANING Our cleaning protocols include: - Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant - Providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes  - Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used  - Air purifiers in each office
