The Space

Eden Brae is a historic Southern Gothic Mansion, featuring 5 separate apartments, each with their own style and private, exterior entrance, as well as beautiful grounds, including fountains, a screened outdoor dining room, and grill. The largest apartment has a spacious chef's kitchen, stocked with everything you might need to host, and a stunning wood-paneled dining room with a handmade dining table, which seats up to 14. Great for events, meetings, retreats, reunions, filming, or photo shoots.

Cleaning Fee of $200 Applied to Every Reservation - Guests are expected to dispose of any trash, leave furniture and art where it was originally placed, and wash any dishes they may have used. If spaces are left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
