The Space

Our conference room seats 12-16 comfortably right in the heart of Greenwich Village. Our building is brownstone-styled which helps companies escape sterile corporate environments and gives your team a chance to humanize their meeting experience. Perfect for group meetings, presentations, team bonding sessions, book club and more. Flooded with natural light and equipped with a partial kitchen and refreshments fridge, any sort of meeting can be accommodated here. TV monitor with HDMI and cast, as well as an 8x6ft rolling whiteboard. Additionally now that we've discussed the budget, 31 Perry is more than happy to provide our Berkey water filter and Jura We6 coffee machine in the room along with refreshments/light bites, and of course cups, napkins, cutlery, etc. will be provided as well. We welcome specific requests regarding an idea of the menu for refreshments you have in mind.
