The Space

Newly Renovated Private Upscale Lounge in Highlandtown great for company parties, holiday gatherings, meetings, birthday parties, themed events and more. The space includes a private bar, additional lounge area, dining/dance space. We provide tables and chairs that can be arranged to suite any event. We also have high-top tables available along with bar seating. Guests are welcome to hire a caterer of their choice. The use of our commercial kitchen is available upon request. We also offer hookah services and stocked bar for an additional fee. Please request details before booking. We are located just blocks away from Patterson park and minutes drive to downtown/inner harbor.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

CLEANING GUIDELINES: So that all guests that book are in a safe and clean environment, these are our guidelines: Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, items that are broken/stolen, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Splacer. Before the end of your booking, please make sure the space is cleaned, all trash is swept and placed in a garbage bag. There is no trash left from your event in the hallway, bathroom , on the steps, or out front of the building. Renter shall remove all personal property, trash, and other items that were not present in the venue when Renter took control of it. COVID19: Our cleaners are aware of the importance of social distancing, we take every precautionary measure to make sure that guests and staff are protected during the pandemic. Enhanced cleaning measures: -The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities -Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed -High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected -Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning -All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: -Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. -Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. -Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. -Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. -Remove garbage and add new lining to cans. The following equipment is provided for every guest: -Hand Sanitizer -Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels The space has the following features: -Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines -Space has access to outdoor air ventilation -Space has HEPA-certified air filters -Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance The space has informational signage including: =Detailed checklist of updated cleaning procedure. ADD ONS HOOKAH- $35 - Includes hookah + one refill Additional refills are $10 *Max 3 flavors Minimum 10 hookahs per event BAR- $15-$25 per person, based on drink selection *Max 4 signature cocktails curated to your event. CASH BAR- $150-250 Bartender Fee depending on the length of the event. This is to ensure our servers are compensated. If both bar and hookah services are selected, the hookah will be discounted to $25 per hookah.
