Production Space and Work Space

General Rules - No smoking in the building - Outside catering is allowed - No alcohol allowed after 8 pm - No pornography - Must throw away all trashes before leaving - Must clean off any specks of dirt, footprints; or marks left on the curve area of the Cyclorama Wall. If we find any damages; or uncleanable marks on the curve area, a $300 cleaning fee will be applied to the invoice - The renter assumes responsibility for himself/herself and any individuals who enter the studio space during the renter’s designated time - Any firearms, explosives, and live ammunition are strictly prohibited; props such as rubber or plastic guns are permitted only within the stage area and may not be brandished outside the perimeter of the stage area - OVERTIME Per policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. All ages are allowed in the space Production insurance is not required Furniture and decorations may be moved You can move the decorations around, please make sure to bring them back in place after the reservation Smoke machines are allowed Nudity is allowed Security cameras and recording devices CCTV is installed at the entrance, office area, and back of the garage. They will run 24/7 to make sure the safety of the space.
