The Space

We are conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles Fashion District. Our industrial ground-level loft is a professional digital photo studio and modular production space. With 4,500 square feet, 12 foot ceilings, 2 cycloramas, green room, kitchenette and state-of-the-art photography equipment, our space makes it easy to bring creative visions to life. Our studio can accommodate your production whether it is a photo shoot, music video, dance shoot, commercial shoot, prop and set fabrication, script reading, casting audition, screening, artist soirée, or special event. PRODUCTION INFORMATION Rates Depending on the number of people, production size or additional equipment rented, a different rate may apply. All space rentals include on site manager for the extent of rental. Crew Size 1-10 -Full Day Rate - $1,500 for 10 hours -Half Day Rate - $850 for 5 hours -Overtime Rate - $250 per hour. Crew Size 10-20 -Full Day Rate - $2,500 for 10 hours -Half Day Rate - $1,250 for 5 hours -Overtime Rate - $250 per hour. Crew Size Over 20 -Please inquire for special quote. Required Additional Fee’s -Site Manager $200 -Cleaning $100 -Security Deposit $750 (Returned after event if no damages) Other Fee’s -Overtime rate - $250 per hour. -Pre-Production (build/strike days) - 50% of rental cost -Garbage Disposal - Excessive waste requiring extra dumpster pick up - $150 -Painting - Painting walls or cyclorama white to green - $500 Terms -A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of total rental fee is due at contract signing. -Remaining balance and $750 security deposit due 14 days prior to production date. -Any damages to building or property will be taken from security deposit. (not limited to) -Excessive trash hauling or cleaning will incur additional fee to be taken from security deposit. Rules -Please leave the space in the way that it was when you entered. Renters are responsible for any and all damages. -Remove all garbage to dumpster in outside parking lot. Excessive garbage disposal will incur an additional fee. -No smoking inside. -Pets/animals allowed with prior approval. -Please be prepared for a final walk-through at the end of your shoot. All crews should wrap with enough time to clean and vacate their equipment by their designated end-time, otherwise overtime will be charged. Daily Rate (up to 8 Hours) -Up to 200 people $3000 -Up to 300 people $3500 -Up to 400 people $4000 -Wedding Rate $5000 for 12 Hours, comes with backdrop. Preferred Vendors Inquire for Quote -Security Services -Portable Restrooms Required Additional Fee’s -Site Manager $200 -Cleaning $200 -Security Deposit $750 (Returned after event if no damages) Other Fee’s -Overtime rate - $250 per hour. -Garbage Disposal - Excessive waste requiring extra dumpster pick up - $150 Terms -A non-refundable booking deposit, 50% of total rental fee, is due at contract signing. -Remaining balance and $750 security deposit due 14 days prior to event date. -Any damages to building or property will be taken from security deposit. Renters are responsible for any and all damages. -Remove all garbage to dumpster in outside parking lot. Excessive garbage disposal will incur an additional fee. -Please be prepared for a final walk-through with site manager at the end of your event. All parties should leave enough time to clean and vacate their equipment by their designated end-time, otherwise overtime will be charged.
